I still keep in touch with Jerry Bradley in Detroit. Jerry still plays guitar and writes music. Country music. His last CD was called Texas Nights. One day while talking to Jerry on the phone we decided to collaborate on a tune. I would come up with the basic music and Jerry would write the melody, lyrics, and vocal parts. I wrote the drum, bass, and rhythm guitar parts and sent it to him. While Jerry was working on lyrics the music kept running around in my head over and over. I just couldn't keep my hands off of it! I started adding piano parts and then more guitar, and finally the lead guitar. I've included this version without the vocals. Jerry sent them to me and they will be on the final track.

I'm using PSR keyboard for everything but the guitars. The rhythm guitars are the Switch Ultimate and the Les Paul. For the lead guitar I am using a 7 string fretless Parker style Strat. What a groovy instrument. It took me 2 months to learn to play the darn thing but the time spent was well worth the effort. I'll be using it more in the future.
